Kelly Nichols

Mr. Nichols

Kelly Nichols has served as Principal of Eureka Middle School since 2014, after serving as Assistant Principal for two years at Eureka High School. Prior to his time in Eureka, he taught physical education, social studies and health at either the middle school or high school level, and coached high school basketball. Mr. Nichols has earned degrees from Western Illinois University (B.S. Physical Education/M.A. Sport Management), University of Illinois-Springfield ( M.S. Educational Leadership) and his superintendent licensure from Illinois State University.

Mr. Nichols lives in Eureka with his wife Diana and their four children, Davis and Simeon, Leah & Bo. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, being active in his church community, running, traveling and reading. He is a life long Chicago Cubs fan.
