Davenport Elementary School is seeking an Assistant Principal for the 2025-26 school year.
The position is a 190-day contract (5 days before the school year and 5 days after). The primary responsibilities include student management (attendance, discipline, supervision), staff evaluation, and the 504 coordinator. The Assistant Principal will assist in all other areas of building leadership.
Located approximately 25 miles from Peoria and Bloomington/Normal, Eureka CUSD 140 serves approximately 1500 students in the Eureka, Congerville, and Goodfield communities. District 140 is dedicated to providing all students with a supportive and challenging school experience.
Compensation will include a competitive salary and benefits package, including 100% board-paid TRS.

Due to the construction at both EHS and EMS, we will be holding Walk in registration on August 1 in the Gym at Davenport Elementary. Registration will be held from 9:00-12:00 and 1:00-6:00.
Online Registration is still open and begin the process by logging into your Family Access, click on the green tile that says 24-25 Registration and complete the steps.
Schedules will be available in Student/Family Access on August 7.
